To face the current situation, VINOmeetings offers to professionals in the wine market a simple and inexpensive solution: a digital exhibition organized around 6 thematic weeks.
By freeing themselves from the constraints imposed by global sanitary restrictions, VINOmeetings allows producers and throughout the year to introduce their wines to targeted potential professional wine buyers, while the latter find new suppliers able to boost their commercial offer.
After having received and tasted the samples selected during the show, buyers will be able to finalize their first orders from producers.
At the request of professional wine buyers, private meetings can then be organized by VINOmeetings in the regions in order to consolidate the commercial relations initiated via the platform.
VINOmeetings is designed and managed by the PINK Rosé Festival team, which for 4 years has organized nearly 4,000 targeted and personalized meetings between wine professionals from around the world.
From registration, the producer can build an e-stand by simply filling in an identification form. During the six different opening weeks of the exhibition, the producer receives wine sample requests from professional wine buyers from them to taste remotely.
Setting up the stand is always free of charge and VINOmeetings will charge the producer €24 per connection between the producer and a purchaser. This solution can be implemented immediately with maximum efficiency with a reasonable investment that can be adjusted over time.
The purchaser selects the wines of interest in during the virtual expo and receives them at home for tasting. When required, the purchaser might meet with the producers at private meetings in the region, organised in accordance with health regulations. Otherwise producers and buyers meet via videoconferencing.
